As Assistant Stage Manager for the production of Jersey Boys with Norwegian Cruise Line, I supported the creative and studio teams throughout the rehearsal and pre-production process. My work focused on assisting the IPSM in managing the rehearsal room, coordinating scene transitions, and overseeing props organization and tracking. I also maintained up-to-date production documentation to ensure clear communication between departments and a smooth handoff of the show to the ship.
